Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which payments made to OptiClaim Business Solutions (“OptiClaim”, “we”, “our”) may be cancelled or refunded. By engaging with our services or making a payment through any authorized payment method, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

Service Agreement Based Cancellations

Cancellation of services once initiated is not generally permitted, unless explicitly outlined in a prior written agreement or contract between you and OptiClaim. Such agreements shall govern the cancellation terms, timelines, and refund eligibility.

Refunds

​

  • General Rule: All payments made to OptiClaim are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement or approved by OptiClaim in writing.

  • Approved Refunds: In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to standard banking timelines.

  • Non-Refundable Components: Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or international banking surcharges are non-refundable and borne by the pay

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

​

  • Duplicate payments

  • Erroneous or unauthorized transactions (reported within 72 hours)

  • Services not delivered as per agreed terms and substantiated with appropriate documentation

Payment Method Terms

​

Payments made through authorized payment gateways or platforms are subject to their respective terms and verification procedures. OptiClaim is not liable for any delays, technical issues, or additional charges imposed by your payment provider.

All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion and international transaction fees, where applicable, are not recoverable.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

​

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Revocation of support access

  • Legal action to recover dues and damages

Policy Updates

OptiClaim reserves the right to amend this Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
